Just this past week Stage Right Design was called upon to stage a penthouse in downtown Sacramento. The realtor had found us by picking up one of our magazines at another listing. Stage Right Design was her first choice in professional staging for this luxury penthouse.
Upon arrival, our movers got out of their vehicle and looked straight up 15 floors and asked, "Is that where we are going?" Thank goodness for service elevators.
This was an occupied home, but after the initial consult, the penthouse owner cleared 90% of all furnishings in order to properly prepare and show her residence in its best light.

Debra... yes, the dining area is beyond unique. I just had the hardest time getting close to those windows. I guess with time one would get used to floor to ceiling windows 15 stories up.

Thank you Cheryl. We did love the staging, but I truly could not get over the height thing. It became very apparent that Ryan was just doing things to make me go over by the windows... smudging the table, rolling little things, leaving little pieces of trash right up against the glass. Ahhh, loved it but was really glad to be back on the ground ;)
